We plan those moving pieces before the first pour, then run the bar through last call.
At one 513Sips wedding, we served 115 guests with two bartenders across the full five-hour celebration. We had drinks ready for the cocktail-hour rush when everyone arrived at once. The couple’s custom Signature Cocktail became the favorite, and guests kept talking about the custom drink stirrers, custom bar signs, housemade lemon syrup and candied lemon garnish throughout the reception.

What is the largest wedding you have booked?
Our largest wedding booking to date is for about 200 guests. The plan uses multiple bars and a larger team built around the venue layout, timeline and guest flow instead of forcing the wedding into a standard package.
How do you decide how many bartenders a wedding needs?
We look at more than guest count. Bar locations, menu, service hours and when demand will peak all shape the plan. Our current 200-guest wedding plan uses four bartenders across three cocktail-hour service points and two reception bars. A completed 115-guest wedding ran smoothly with two bartenders.
Can we offer more Signature Cocktails?
Yes. For our current 200-guest wedding, we created a four-cocktail option and a six-cocktail option by pairing custom Signature Cocktails with faster House Featured Cocktails that share ingredients and prep. We walk you through how more choices affect purchasing, bar placement and speed, then help you choose the menu that fits your celebration.
Can you handle alcohol shopping and coordinate specialty vendors?
Yes, when those services are included in your quote. 513Sips can build the quantity plan, shop, stage the alcohol for service and return eligible unopened product. You own the alcohol and pay no markup on it. You see every receipt, and any money left in the prepaid budget comes back to you after shopping and returns are complete. We can also coordinate specialty ice through our partner DrinkBigIce, arrange glassware rentals and connect you with a trusted catering referral for non-bar staff.
Will you work directly with our planner, venue and caterer?
Yes. We can confirm venue requirements, access, bar locations and service timing, then coordinate the bar-related handoffs with your planner, caterer, rental company and other vendors. You should not have to carry those details from one vendor to the next on your wedding day.
Can our venue receive proof of insurance?
Yes. 513Sips carries $2 million in general and liquor liability coverage. We can provide proof of insurance and, when applicable, list the venue after its requirements are confirmed.
