No. Start with what you are celebrating, the feeling you want and any flavors or drinks you already love. We can help shape the menu from there.

Yes. When included in your quote, we can create custom Signature Cocktails, printed bar menus and signature-drink signs around the celebration. You review the designs before the party.

You buy and own the alcohol. We build the quantity plan around your final menu, guest count and service hours. When procurement is included in your quote, we can shop with a prepaid budget, share every receipt and return eligible unopened product. We do not mark up the alcohol.

Often, yes. We confirm access, bar placement, power, water, cold storage and a covered weather plan before the event. If a space creates a concern, we will talk through it before you book.

Guest count is only one part of it. We also consider the menu, service hours, bar locations and when everyone is likely to arrive. Your quote explains the staffing plan for your party.

We set up the quoted bar areas, keep those stations organized during service and break them down when service ends. Venue-wide setup, bussing and cleanup require separate event staff.

Yes. 513Sips carries $2 million in general and liquor liability coverage. We can provide proof of insurance and, when applicable, list your venue after its requirements are confirmed.
