You buy and own the alcohol. We provide the bartenders, bar tools, planning and service included in your quote. We help determine what to buy based on your final menu, guest count and service hours. When procurement is included, we can shop with a prepaid budget, share every receipt and return eligible unopened product. We do not mark up the alcohol.

We serve weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, showers, holiday parties, member events, company gatherings and other private celebrations. We confirm the guest count, venue and service needs before accepting an event so the team and bar plan fit what you are hosting.

We are based in Cincinnati and serve Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky and nearby communities. Travel within 30 miles is included. For events farther away, the quote includes round-trip mileage for the distance beyond that radius.

Yes. 513Sips carries $2 million in general and liquor liability coverage. We can provide proof of insurance and, when applicable, list your venue after its requirements are confirmed.

Often, yes. Outdoor service needs a safe covered work area and a weather backup plan. We confirm access, bar placement, power, water and cold storage before the event. If the forecast or conditions create a safety concern, we will follow the written backup plan rather than promise service in unsafe weather.

Start with our contact form. We will learn about your event, talk through what you want and send a written quote. A signed contract and 50% deposit book the date. The remaining service balance is due on the event day or earlier when agreed in writing. If procurement is included, its separate shopping budget is prepaid before we purchase anything.

Our main mobile bar is about 5 feet wide, 4.5 feet tall and 2 feet deep. The bartender also needs clear working room behind it. We will confirm the bar placement, access path and service space with you before the event.

The 50% booking deposit is nonrefundable. Other refunds depend on when written cancellation is received and any materials or outside rentals already committed. Your signed contract contains the complete timing and refund terms.

We set up the quoted bar areas, keep those stations organized during service and break them down when bar service ends. Venue-wide setup, bussing, serving food and general cleanup require separate event staff.
